What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make Ready position at RICHFIELD REAL ESTATE CORPORATION?
MultiFamily make-ready Experience required. General responsibilities include making units ready for move in. A thorough and complete knowledge of replacing and repairing kitchen appliances, minor plumbing, garbage disposal, bathroom vents, light fixtures, switches, ceiling fans, outlets, lock re-keying, door hardware and bathroom fixtures. *High School diploma/equivalent and Texas Driver License or Texas ID is required.
