What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at RICHFIELD REAL ESTATE CORPORATION?
This position includes general maintenance of apartment units. Must have experience in maintenance of Multi-Family apartment units. Knowledge and skill in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance repair required. Must own personal hand tools. We are looking to fill this position immediately! Will rotate on call and work some Saturdays.
* HVAC certification is NOT required
* Must have transportation and valid Texas driver's license
* High school diploma or equivalent required
