Immediate opening for experienced Multi-Family Maintenance Tech. General responsibilities include a thorough and complete knowledge of performing apartment maintenance repairs.
• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Appliances
• Gutter and down spouts
• Stair/railings
• Pools
• Window replacement
• Lock replacement
• Floor tile
• Light Fixtures
• Ceiling fans
• Exterior building inspections and related paper work
• Proper use of hand tools and minor test equipment, sewer and sink machines, shampoo machine
Must own personal hand tools.
