Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) Maintenance Coordinator/Purchasing Agent position available in SW Houston. Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update utility logs, capital expenditure logs and purchasing logs.
- Track and maintain all warranty documents for appliances, equipment, roofing and capital improvement projects.
- Organize shop supplies and establish a comprehensive maintenance inventory system
- Competitively shop for the lowest and best prices, process bills and obtain appropriate approval prior to ordering any capital items.
- Compare invoice and delivery receipts for accuracy.
- Oversee daily maintenance operations.
- Plan and coordinate scheduled repairs with contractor and the maintenance team.
- Create and implement a presentative maintenance schedule.
- Request bids/proposals from contractor for repairs.
- Prepare JRCPR and CPR and submit for approval.
- Support and contribute to overall team efforts.
Experience in customer service preferred. Will train. Must have a valid Texas driver's license and High School diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
