What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance A - First Shift position at Richfield Public Schools?
The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance A- First Shift at Richfield STEM Elementary School. This position will perform a considerable variety of maintenance and repair responsibilities for school facilities, grounds and mechanical systems as scheduled or required to help ensure a safe, presentable, comfortable, and functional environment for students, staff and visitors.
We are located in the heart of the Twin Cities Metropolitan area and serve a diverse student population in Richfield and the surrounding communities. The Richfield Public Schools inspires and empowers each individual to learn, grow & excel.
Requirements:
- High School or GED equivalent
- Class 1C boilers license and the ability to increase licensure annually until the Chief C level is achieved at the District, secondary and elementary levels.
- Class 2C boilers license and the ability to increase licensure annually until the Chief C level is achieved.
- Valid MN driver's license and a driving record that meets or exceeds District written standards.
- Appropriate bus driver's licensure for assigned bus driver responsibilities.
- State of Minnesota Pool Certification at buildings where applicable.
Schedule: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Pay Rate: $24.05-$29.07 (Based on education and experience).
