Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Customer Service representative, located in Westlake, OH, with the option for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer support via phone, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing customer experience. The representative will assist clients with their insurance needs, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help maintain long-lasting client relationships.
