EXPECTATIONS
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, emailing customers, and preparing sales documents and beyond.
- Assist with business development activities, such as identifying potential clients, following up with past clients, and providing customer service as needed.
- Learn the scholastic athletic industry norms.
- Support account management efforts by maintaining customer records, tracking sales activities, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in preparing sales aids, presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
Opportunity to advance into a traveling sales position.
REQUIREMENT
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Other languages are a plus!
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role preferred, but not required. Interest in this area is a must, with a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willing to learn and use current sales support software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, primarily written, but some verbal as well.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
