- Greet clients warmly with friendly phone etiquette and in-person interactions, setting a positive tone for their visit
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring optimal flow and minimal wait times
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures, including retail sales and product upselling
- Assist clients with product demos and merchandising to promote salon services and retail items effectively
- Stock and organize retail products, maintaining a clean and attractive display to encourage sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, confirming appointments, and managing walk-ins with professionalism
- Support the salon team by supervising front desk operations when needed, ensuring smooth communication and workflow
- Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities preferred to serve a diverse clientele
- Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, stocking, and cash handling in a grocery store or similar environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for accurate transactions and retail math calculations
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities to assist in team coordination
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while upselling salon services and retail items
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environments is a plus but not required
