Richer Soil Counseling LLC, a psychotherapy practice in Central Massachusetts, is seeking a compassionate pre-licensed therapist for a hybrid position split between telehealth and our Boylston and Holden offices. We're especially looking for child and adolescent therapists, play therapists, and art therapists passionate about working with kids, teens, and families, while also open to a caseload that includes adults.
This is an outpatient position with one day remote, one day in Boylston, and two days in Holden. Weekly supervision toward licensure is included.
Schedule (approximately 30-32 hours/week):
- Wednesday, 11am-7pm (remote)
- Thursday, 10am-6pm (Boylston)
- Friday, 10am-6pm (Holden)
- Saturday, 9am-4pm (Holden)
- Plus flexible paid administrative time
What the role looks like:
This is an ongoing therapy position with a full caseload of approximately 20-25 clients per week once ramped up. Saturdays are a consistent part of the schedule. We're looking for someone ready to build long-term therapeutic relationships with clients and grow with our team.
Pay:
$50-75 per clinical session, with administrative time paid separately at $25 per hour, plus benefits.
Requirements:
- Must live in Massachusetts and be actively working toward independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT track)
- Training or experience with family systems, play therapy, TF-CBT, DBT, or expressive arts therapy preferred, or openness to learning with our clinical supervisor
- Neurodiversity- and LGBTQIA -affirming
- Available for the above Wednesday through Saturday schedule
