What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly leasing goals
- Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and in person
- Conduct property tours and actively work toward closing leases
- Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner
- Complete leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Deliver a high level of customer service to residents and prospects
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

- 3 years of consistent experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional appearance and confident, engaging personality
- Highly motivated and goal-driven with a competitive mindset
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Must be available to work weekends with weekday days off
- Bilingual skills strongly preferred
