Richdale Apartments is now hiring skilled and motivated Carpenters to join our Maintenance and Renovation team for our Class A luxury communities. As a Carpenter with Richdale, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the quality and aesthetics of our properties. Your craftsmanship will be recognized and rewarded as part of a professional, supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
Assist senior carpenters with basic construction, repairs, and installations.
Help install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other building components.
Perform basic framing, drywall, and flooring tasks with guidance.
Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely.

Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field (entry-level or apprentice roles welcome).
Strong ability to consistently display a positive, can-do attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills – able to communicate clearly with residents, management, vendors, and contractors.
Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn from skilled tradespeople.
