Residential Supervisor (RS)
Harford County/Latimer
Rate of Pay $25/hr
FLSA Status- Non-exempt
We are seeking a Full- Time Residential Supervisor (RS) to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home. You will also provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.
This position is:
Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm
(working with women)
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend all meetings and trainings as required
- Implement the individual’s Person-Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives.
- Maintain all records, including but not limited to posting staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs.
- Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
- Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
- Assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships
- Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Must be have at least 2 years of driving experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Current driver’s license (not provisional) with less than 3 points on driving record
- Must be able to transport people supported as needed
- Some lifting and transferring may be required
