Richco International is a rapidly growing specialist flooring company serving the Theme & Leisure Industry throughout the Orlando area.
We are seeking an experienced Decorative Resin Flooring Installer to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys working on unique, high-profile projects within major theme and leisure environments.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience installing a wide range of decorative resin flooring systems and performing all associated preparation work. You will work as part of a professional team delivering premium flooring installations to the highest industry standards.
Our projects are primarily located within Orlando-area theme parks, with occasional out-of-state travel to support national clients. Work schedules may include daytime or nighttime shifts depending on project requirements, so flexibility is essential.
All tools and equipment are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform surface preparation, repairs, and substrate conditioning with your team
- Install a variety of resin flooring systems including epoxy, polyurethane, metallic, and polyaspartic systems
- Operate grinding equipment, industrial vacuum systems, and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Document project progress through a mobile app (photos, daily updates, and time tracking)
- Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite organization to company standards
- Ensure all work meets strict quality, safety, and cleanliness expectations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in decorative resin flooring installation
- Proven experience in surface preparation, resin application, and sealing systems
- Strong working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and performing manual labor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service–focused attitude and professional work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends when required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with applicable laws
- Previous job references required
- Portfolio of completed work/projects required
Compensation
$20.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
