Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Project Manager to join our team. This is an in-person role for a self-driven leader with strong design sensibility and project management experience. The ideal candidate excels at overseeing complex projects from concept through construction and has hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables
· Produce and manage design and construction document sets, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards
· Use Revit and AutoCAD to draft and refine detailed technical drawings
· Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
· Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and conformance with design
· Respond to contractor RFIs, submittals, and change orders
· Work closely with the Accounting team to support accurate billing and invoicing
· Provide clear project updates to firm principals, including issues and resource needs
· Mentor and support junior team members
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 8 years of project management experience in architecture or engineering
· Minimum 2 years of Revit experience
· Minimum 8 years of AutoCAD drafting experience
· Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, ADA compliance, and regulatory standards
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
· Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
· High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
