Customer Experience Coordinator (CXC)
Richardson Studio | Bloomington, Indiana
Approximately 24-30 hours/week | Hybrid | $20-$25/hour
Richardson Studio is looking for an awesome human to join our team as our Customer Experience Coordinator.
The CXC helps make sure every client feels taken care of and every session runs smoothly from beginning to end.
This is not a sales position, and you do not need photography experience. We're looking for someone warm, polished, incredibly organized, who loves people, notices the little things, and naturally thinks a couple of steps ahead.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Communicate with booked clients by phone, text, and email
- Send session prep information and reminders
- Coordinate hair and makeup for sessions
- Confirm appointments and keep session details organized
- Set the stage and greet clients
- Assist our photography team during sessions
- Follow up with clients after their session
- Coordinate delivery of finished albums and wall portraits
- Help keep the studio organized and running smoothly
- Solve little problems before they become big ones

The position is based in Bloomington with a mix of working from home and working in the studio around client sessions.
