Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable team player who’s ready to step up to the plate and handle front-office and HR support. This bilingual role (English/Spanish) is perfect for someone who loves keeping the game moving smoothly—whether it’s greeting fans (visitors), helping teammates (employees), or keeping the playbook (records) in order.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the leadoff hitter—the first point of contact for visitors, applicants, and staff.
- Field calls, emails, and questions, and throw them to the right teammate.
- Assist with onboarding and new-hire paperwork to get rookies game-ready.
- Keep employee files and records in top shape—error-free and confidential.
- Help coordinate the lineup for meetings and schedule practices (appointments).
- Pitch in on staff events and engagement activities.
- Act as the team’s translator and communicator between English and Spanish.
- Jump in on other plays as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a bonus.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish—able to switch-hit with ease.
- Previous office or admin experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to keep the clubhouse positive.
- Reliable, organized, and able to juggle multiple plays at once.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
