- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, offering tours and showcasing the beauty and amenities of The Pointe Brodie Creek.
- Assist with leasing activities, including marketing the property, processing applications, and executing leases.
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor while addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service to both residents and prospective tenants.
- Collaborate with the Community Director to help manage the property efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company policies.
- Support daily administrative tasks and help with resident requests.
- A minimum of 1 year of leasing experience in a luxury multi-family property management environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting.
- A professional, customer-service focused attitude with the drive to achieve leasing goals.
- Proficiency in standard office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management software (OneSite/Yardi) is a plus.
