We currently have an opportunity for a Ticket Writer to join our team at our Carrington, ND location. TheTicket Writer is an important roleforour Pasta-making organization. As a Ticket Writer, you willbe responsible foroperating stretch wrapping and labeling equipment.This role verifiesinventory produced matches inventory scanned into our Warehouse.You will work closely with Forklift Operators to ensure accurate scanning andtimelydelivery of packaging materials.Dutiesand Responsibilities:Operates stretch wrapping equipment at maximum efficiency, ensuringall pallets are wrapped properlywith the correctpatternOperatesMarkemlabeling equipment, ensuringall pallets arescanned andlabeled properly, with legible labels, and informsproper personnel of case print/scanningissuesMonitor andassistwith robot operationsMonitor schedule and production report to ensure underruns/overruns are minimizedReconcile production with Warehouse andMachine Operators during, and at the end of every shiftand review and approve productionupon completion of product run/shiftMaintains proper documentation of downtime and repairsand performsminor repairs and routine maintenance work onwrappers and labelersInventoriesconsumable packaging materialsInformsQA of product changeoversCoordinatespackaging material handling requirements with Warehouse and Packaging personnel as neededMaintains cleanliness ofequipmentalways, inspect and conductdeep cleaning of equipmentregularly.Followappropriate guidelines, SOPs, and manufacturing practices when completing cleaning or manufacturing responsibilitiesOther duties, as assignedEducationand Experience Required:Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalentfrom an accredited institutionMust be able to work weekends,holidays and overtime as neededPreferred Education, Experience,and Skills:Computer experienceMath skillsExcellent communication skillsInventory experiencePreviousexperience in a food manufacturing facilityPhysical Job Requirements:Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:Must be able to balance, stand, and work in high heat/humidity for 8 hours per shiftMust be able to feel and use fine motor skills for 3 hours per shiftMust be able topush and pull andperform simple grasping for6 hours per shiftMust be able to lift up-to10pounds for 8 hours per shiftMust be able to lift 11-34 pounds for 6 hours per shiftMust be able to lift 50 pounds for 3 hours per shift and anything over 50 pounds will require teamassistanceor mechanical lifting devicesMust be able toreach above shoulders,bend, crouch, stoop,kneel and sit for 3 hours per shiftMust be able to climb and work of ladderfor3 hours per shiftMust be able to walk and work in a dusty environment for 6 hours per shiftMust be able to make fine distinctions in sound, distinguish objects and equipment visually, and express or exchange ideas by spoken or written wordRichardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of a competitive salary, flexible benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and training and career development opportunities.Interested candidates should click the Apply icon to apply online by 4/01/2026.
