We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Worker at our South Sioux City, NE facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for the daily maintenance of Mill equipment, preventative maintenance of the Mill and general building and facility maintenance of the Mill.Responsibilities:Use Vibration Analysis for repair and preventative maintenanceDesign, fabrication of parts to change equipment when necessaryUse steam trap analysis including repairs to steam related equipmentMaintain and update all schematics after work has been completed that pertain to the MillPractice and enforce plant safety and food safety standardsInvestigate all reports of mechanical and operational problems in the MillCommunicate with management any failures found in the Mill and other duties as assignedQualifications:Knowledge of maintenance practices, preventative and predictive maintenanceStrong computer, math, electrical, welding, plumbing ad pipe fitting skillsAbility to troubleshoot, repair and/or replace electric motorsAbility to perform work orders, unscheduled maintenance, and task forms with appropriate documentation, boiler water treatment, and RO monitoringMust be able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when neededAbility to read, write, and communicate effectivelyMust be capable of lifting and stacking 50 lbsCandidate should possess basic computer and problem solving skillsRichardson is recognized as a global leader in agriculture and food processing with over 4,000 employees across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe.
