Bulk Vessel Material Handler

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Material Handler to join our team at our St. Louis, MO Milling location. The starting pay for this role is $21.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Load product from bins into rail cars or truck.
• Seal bulk containers.
• Optimize loading efficiencies to support the facility's production.
• Ensure the loadout area is organized and clean at all times.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
• Learn and execute basic equipment maintenance to improve production reliability.
• Communicate and assist with Loadout Supervisors and maintenance department as required.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating trackmobile and bobcat equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and working experience.
• Previous experience blending or loading is considered an asset.
• Ability to work in conditions with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature extremes.
• Must be capable of lifting and stacking up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.
