What You’ll Do:
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with others to ensure seamless and satisfying customer experiences.
Make an Impact: Contribute ideas, share feedback, and help improve processes to strengthen the team and client experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Tasks include, but are not limited to, answering phones, processing registry paperwork, claims intake and customer support.
Bring energy and ideas to team meetings and initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Must have prior customer service experience. Industry experience preferred but not required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech Savvy: You must be highly comfortable with technology. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms is essential.
- Team Spirit: A positive, can-do attitude that inspires those around you.
- Adaptability: Our office is fast-paced and dynamic — priorities can shift moment to moment. You must be comfortable pivoting quickly to respond to client needs as they arise, while still maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Additional Details:
Location: On-site in Hanover, MA.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30AM-5:00PM. Friday, 8:30AM-4:00PM.
Relocation: Required before starting.
