Responsibilities
- Maintain the facility’s appearance, structural integrity and facilities equipment.
- Maintain and construct tent equipment for services (the ability to work outside year round is a must).
- Work with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks that support a respectful environment for families during sensitive moments.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Experience
- Experience working with maintenance in a safe manner.
- Knowledge of building interior maintenance standards along with experience in facilities equipment upkeep aligned with maintenance.
- Qualities that enable you to guide or assist team members when needed while maintaining a positive attitude focused on service excellence.
