Dr. Bill Richardson founded the practice in 2016 with a focus on doing dentistry the right way — thorough, thoughtful, and without overtreatment. He’s built a team that works well together and genuinely enjoys coming to work. We recently moved into a brand new office with three private hygiene rooms, four operatories, and modern systems including OpenDental, DTX, and intraoral cameras. It’s a clean, well-run, supportive place to practice.
What We Offer
$60 min per hour starting pay
$8,000 sign-on bonus (two-year agreement)
Flexible scheduling: 1–4 days/week, full-time or part-time
Full benefits at 32 hours (PTO, paid holidays, IRA match, family dental)
Local assistance with finding housing
Support navigating Alaska licensure for out-of-state candidates
New graduates are welcome
You’ll be working alongside an experienced hygienist and strong assistants, with appointment times ranging from 40 minutes to 2 hours depending on the patient and procedure. This is a growth position, not a replacement role.
