What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer - assembly department position at Richardson Cooling Packages, LLC?
Hourly wage is $17.50/hour for the first 90 days.
Wage will increase to $18.00/hour after the 90 day probationary period.
The probationary period is used to evaluate attendance, work ethic and if the employee is learning the job.
Richardson Cooling Packages, LLC designs, produces, sells, and supports cooling system parts and assemblies for use in off-highway applications. We are look to add team members for material handling and radiator assembly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leak teat radiators by capping connections and pressurizing with air. The radiator is then lowered under water and checked for air bubbles indicating leaks.
install sheet metal components on radiator cores
Pulling parts from stock for upcoming builds
Follow a bill of material for the build
Maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
· Ability to follow instructions well
· Self-starter and self-motivated
· Must be able to achieve and maintain production and quality standards
· Must be able to walk and stand upright in a stationary position for periods up to 4 hours
· Frequently move product weighing up to 50 pounds, using lifting, bending, pushing and/or pulling motions
· Lift product of up to 50 pounds from floor to height of 3-4 feet
