Richards, Layton & Finger, Delaware’s largest law firm, seeks an exceptional Due Diligence Analyst as a Contractor in Wilmington, DE. The standard hours for this position are 9:00am-5:30pm. This position offers a hybrid schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs business/legal research (Due Diligence) of companies and individuals using a variety of resources both legal and non-legal.
- Assists the team with special projects.
- Provides remote weekend coverage for one weekend per month and works overtime as needed. Shares holiday coverage with other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced degree (JD, MLS, MLIS, MBA) required.
- 3 years’ experience in a law firm or professional environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and research skills including knowledge of research databases.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow through on search results, projects, etc.; good oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
- Proficiency in online research and legal databases; experience with IntApp is a plus.
