What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain valuation models for portfolio companies
- Analyze financial performance and valuation metrics
- Support quarterly valuation and financial reporting processes
- Contribute to investor and internal management presentations
- Assist with financial analysis, research, and special projects
- Work with external auditors and third-party consultants
- Participate in evaluating new investment opportunities
- Conduct company and industry research
- Support due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction analysis
- Assist in preparing investment committee materials and investment memos
