Role Responsibilities
- Lead projects from early planning through construction administration
- Direct coordination with structural, MEP, civil, specialty, and vendor consultants
- Oversee development of highly resolved Revit-based drawing packages
- Guide internal staff through technical documentation, detailing, and quality control
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design work sessions
- Resolve complex technical, constructability, and field conditions with clarity
- Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, pay applications, and punch lists
- Maintain continuity of scope, schedule, and technical standards across phases
- Mentor emerging staff and reinforce strong studio standards
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 10 years of architectural experience
- Architectural licensure preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong command of documentation standards, detailing, and building systems integration
- Proven experience leading projects through permitting and construction
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects with discipline and precision
