Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying, sourcing, and purchasing the correct RV parts and accessories
- Manage parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts department
- Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs
- Research and source hard-to-find or special-order RV components
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RV parts catalogs, manufacturer updates, and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone
Requirements:
- Prior experience in RV parts, automotive parts, or a related powersports/dealership environment preferred
- Familiarity with RV systems including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and structural components
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use parts lookup software and dealership management systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
