Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and/or Patient Care Technician (PCT)
Location: Downtown Naples, FL (across from Baker Hospital)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) with experience in phlebotomy. Drawing blood during patient physicals is a key responsibility of this role. This position also offers the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) during patient physicals
• Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and clinical support
• Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
• Support physicians and staff with daily operations
• Assist with additional responsibilities across the practice as needed
Schedule:
• Monday through Friday (8:00am to 4:00pm)
• Requires morning availability to prepare for and assist with patient physicals
Qualifications:
• Active CNA certification or PCT training or equivalent
• Proven experience with phlebotomy (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment
