Richard Grille Events is an in-house event production company. We provide services to all of South Florida and we are looking for a Event Setup Specialist to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and delivering orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the physical preparation of event venues, including setup of tables, chairs, décor, and equipment in accordance with event layouts.
- Prepare décor and equipment prior to events to ensure timely and accurate setup.
- Manage teardown and removal of equipment following event conclusion.
- Maintain a well-organized and accurate inventory of décor and event equipment at the warehouse.
Skills
- Proficiency in inventory procedures
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Truck driving experience is a plus
- High school degree
SEASONAL POSITION (OCTOBER-JUNE)
