- Assist customers with product demos, answer questions about store merchandise, and promote upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive displays through effective merchandising techniques.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain knowledge of store product offerings, including grocery items if applicable, to provide expert assistance.
- Ensure proper phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base effectively.
