- A passionate, culinary professional with a minimum of 15 years of kitchen leadership experience
- A creative flair for developing dishes in concert with chef owners
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to plan and meet budgetary guidelines
- A commitment to sustainability and sourcing local ingredients
