Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Mandeville, LA. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing documents, maintaining files and records, scheduling meetings and appointments, and supporting calendar management for leaders. The role will also assist with data entry, basic report preparation, and coordination of internal communications and logistics. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and executives to provide reliable administrative support and ensure a well-organized office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and customer service skills for managing calls, messages, and front-desk interactions.
- Clear and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for leadership.
