Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services
- Schedule appointments for our sales team by engaging potential customers through professional communication
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and manage follow-ups
- Engage in B2B sales, telemarketing, and technical sales activities to promote our offerings effectively
- Develop relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target audiences and optimize outreach strategies
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during all interactions, ensuring positive customer experiences
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into scheduled appointments
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently
- Experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Prior experience with outbound calling campaigns and marketing initiatives is advantageous
