Environmental Remediation Lead Technician- Primary TasksCollaborate with project managers to develop and execute remediation plans.Secure work areas to prevent contamination spread using appropriate barriers and air filtration devices .Operate specialized equipment, such as HEPA vacuums, negative air machines, and abrasive removal tools.Maintain detailed records of remediation activities, including waste manifests, safety inspections, and work progress.Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, HUD, and other applicable regulations and standards.Comfortable with working in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspacesComfortable with working in Full PPE (Tyvek suit, Respirator, gloves, knee pads,)Driving far distances from 20-80 miles.Skills/ExpertiseStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.Physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging environments, including confined spaces and heights.Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship
