Richard & Rice Construction is a national award winning Shell Contractor that is busy with lots of work!!
We are in search for an experienced shell construction superintendent in Broward County or Palm Beach County, Florida. The right candidate will have experience with custom and commercial construction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years Shell Construction Experience
- Must have commercial and custom home construction experience
- Must have reliable vehicle
- Background in carpentry is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Professional with great communication skills
- Must pass a drug test
- Pay is based on experience
- References required
This individual will need to know how to perform takeoffs, slab layouts, place purchase orders, stay on top of safety protocol, communicate efficiently with subcontractors, vendors, and office team.
