About the Job
Alaimo Group/Tri-State Architects is seeking an experienced Architect to join our Mount Holly, NJ office. Experience should include preparation of architectural design documents and specifications for related improvements. Full-time position with a strong benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Support and be an integral part of the Architectural/Engineering Team;
Develop and evaluate project plans and design criteria for a variety of public sector architectural projects.
Prepare plans, construction cost estimates, specifications, schedules, and conduct or coordinate detailed phases of the architectural project.
Required Qualifications and Skills include:
10 plus of experience in the modeling and design of architectural projects;
Registered Architect preferred with New Jersey License;
Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree;
Experience with AutoCAD;
Strong communication and technical writing skills.
