What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV and Trailer Factory Assembly Production Department position at Rich Specialty Trailers?

Rich Specialty Trailers is seeking experienced trailer production workers to assemble specialty trailers. Position available in trailer production department for all wall trim including cove, base and corner moldings. Must have interior trimming experience. Additionally, positions are available in the sidewall build and wall set departments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Must have proven record of dependable attendance.
Must have dependable transportation to and from work location.
Experience in construction or working in RV or Trailer factory.
Experience using power saws such as chop or table saws
Experience using power tools (Screw gun, nail gun, staple gun, air tools)
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Ability to read product orders and production prints.
Must be quality oriented with ability to meet production deadlines.
Work involves considerable standing, stooping, bending for long periods of time. Need ability to lift 50lbs regularly and ability to lift parts weighing up to 100 plus pounds occasionally. This is factory production and employees work in a factory environment with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, heavy equipment and machinery. Must have hand strength, with the ability to grasp, lift, push and pull.
