- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
- Experience using transportation or logistics management systems and standard office software.
- Proven ability to lead teams, make data-driven decisions, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cold chain or multi-temperature distribution operations is beneficial.
