We are seeking a highly motivated candidates to join our team. The Shift Leader will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Manage and supervise a team, specifically those that are part of the closing shift for the location
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Ensure that membership sales continue thru the close of business during each shift
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to analyze sales data
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
