Rich’s Car Wash, a family-owned regional express car wash company with 45 locations across 6 states, is hiring Sales Greeters / Customer Service Associates (CSAs) for our Auburn, AL location, who are hungry to sell, motivated by earning more, and excited to engage customers. This is a front-line sales role. Our CSAs don’t just greet customers — they drive unlimited membership sales, educate customers on value, and directly impact site performance and their own pay.
If you enjoy talking to people, asking for the sale, and getting rewarded for your effort (commission on all memberships sold), this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively engage every customer and confidently sell wash packages and unlimited memberships
- Clearly explain membership benefits and overcome common objections
- Hit and exceed individual and site-level membership sales goals
- Deliver fast, energetic, and professional customer interactions at the pay station
- Create urgency and excitement around promotions and offers
- Keep the sales area, pay stations, and site clean and presentable
- Support teammates to keep lines moving and customers happy
- Represent Rich’s Car Wash with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales drive — you like being measured by results and earning based on performance
- Confidence speaking with customers and asking for the sale every time
- Positive attitude, reliability, and competitive mindset
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working toward goals, quotas, and incentives
- Car wash experience welcomed, but not required
- Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or commission-based sales experience strongly encouraged
- Team-oriented with a desire to grow and improve
Compensation & Earning Potential:
- Competitive hourly pay plus commission and incentives tied directly to membership sales; commission paid in addition to your hourly pay
- No cap on commissions earned and paid EVERY PAY CHECK
