Assistant Site Manager – Rich’s Car Wash
Rich’s Car Wash, a family-owned express car wash company with 45 locations across 6 states, is hiring an Assistant Site Manager for our Alvin, TX location, to help lead daily operations and support a high-performing team. We need strong, reliable leaders who are eager to learn, support their teams, and help drive sales and operational excellence. Assistant Site Managers are a vital part of our mission to treat every customer like family while delivering the best car wash experience every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, and team development in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site operations
- Support sales, memberships, and customer engagement
- Help train, coach, and motivate team members
- Maintain site cleanliness and equipment readiness
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns
- Assist with scheduling and staffing
- Ensure safety and company policies are followed
- Support the Site Manager as needed
Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience a must
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales or upselling experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Car wash experience is a plus, but not required
- Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or quick-service experience encouraged
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong English speaking skills
- Bi-Lingual a plus but not necessary
