About You

You’re bilingual or comfortable working with bilingual teams, and you’re ready to build long-term relationships with clients and coworkers alike.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for landscape maintenance clients. You’ll communicate with and support your crews, ensure safety and quality on job sites, and manage client relationships with professionalism and care.
Your role includes:
- Coordinating with field supervisors and landscape maintenance teams
- Scheduling and meeting with clients (existing and new)
- Preparing and presenting proposals and contracts
- Ensuring safety in the field
- Using foresight and planning to prevent issues
- Delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality service
- Communicating clearly with clients and team members
- Using landscape industry software to manage operations
Key Skills & Requirements

- 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance leadership
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, and repairs
- Familiarity with plant materials and proper pruning techniques
- Ability to estimate costs for new installations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with industry software and mobile tools
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
