Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations and ensure customer safety
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, efficient, and welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
