Overview
Small lawn care company looking for lawn care/landscaping laborer. This job offers plenty of time outside to develop new landscape maintenance skills.
Duties
- Assist with lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain turf and landscape aesthetics
- Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, shrubbery trimming, and garden bed upkeep
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for digging, trenching, edging, etc...
- Maintain equipment including lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, string trimmers, blowers and other landscaping tools in good working condition
Requirements
- Experience is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely in various outdoor tasks
- Familiarity with operating machinery such as zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc...
- Knowledge of landscaping principles including planting techniques
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow direction.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to learn new skills in landscape and lawn care.
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
