Hospital Administrative Compliance Consultant
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Knowledge/Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Workday, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development Department, leadership, and education team.
• Maintain employee educational databases in Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Assist with the hospital’s Learning Management System (LMS), including course enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
• Utilize Workday, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to support departmental projects and communications.
• Coordinate employee orientation, including:
o Communicating orientation dates and times with departments.
o Preparing learning packets and materials.
o Welcoming new employees and facilitating onboarding processes.
o Reviewing new employee documents and entering data into SharePoint.
• Monitor and order office supplies to support departmental operations.
• Provide clerical support including copying, scanning, filing, and document preparation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the hospital’s educational and professional development initiatives.

Physical Requirements
• Standing: Approximately 40% of the time.
• Sitting: Approximately 60% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., transporting orientation materials), and may have periods of prolonged standing for some duties. During certain days/times this position may be required to climb multiple flights of stairs throughout the shift to greet and escort staff.
