Heavy Equipment Operator Rice Ponds & Excavation Rice Ponds & Excavation is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. We are seeking someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in quality work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate bulldozers, excavators (trackhoes), and skid steers.
- Clear brush and trees.
- Build and finish house pads and building sites.
- Construct and rebuild ponds.
- Build and repair roads and driveways.
- Demolish houses and other structures. - Perform grading, excavation, and general dirt work.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean job site. Qualifications:
- Experience operating heavy equipment is required.
- Ability to read grade and perform precise dirt work.
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license preferred. CDL is a plus.
