Product Manager- Dimensioning

For nearly 80 years Rice Lake Weighing Systems (RLWS) has been a successful, growth-oriented company known as a leader in the weighing and process control industries, and the communities in which we operate. RLWS is seeking a Product Manager to support the Dimensioning product line.

Main Functions And Requirements

• Market research, competitive analysis and product line road map.
• Conception and product definition for new features, products or designs working with cross functional teams to bring product vision to life.
• Product line pricing, cost management and profit margin responsibility.
• Product strategy based on company goals, market intelligence and segment opportunities.
• Computer hardware and component manager. Involved in the review criteria and selection of components used throughout the manufacturing process. Manage phase in and phase out activities and end of life actions.
• Part number and SKU management using the ECO process to approve and or make product changes.
• Customer facing research, trade show participation and voice of the customer research.
  
  

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, marketing, sales or related field
• Ten or more years’ experience in the weighing or related measurement industry preferred.
• Pre-Employment drug screen
