Essential Job Functions/Major Tasks
Education and Experience
- Manage and implement company search engine marketing in both organic ranking visibility and paid advertising presence
- Manage and implement technical search engine optimization on the company’s website properties to improve ranking visibility and user interfacing
- Manage and maintain email marketing campaigns to customers on company announcements and updates
- Monitor and maintain digital marketing analytics, using various tools for measurement, tracking and reporting
- Website content oversight, implementing strategies and tactics to increase global effectiveness through comprehensive digital campaigns and messaging
- Troubleshoot, document and resolve website issues reported by phone or email
- Develop and assist with both external and internal web applications
- Support day-to-day website updates
- Continuous research on global digital and content marketing with an emphasis on messaging to meet the needs of international audiences
- Develop corporate branding campaigns and messaging to support company-wide initiatives
- Monitor marketing trends, mainstream press, trade magazines, web sites, chat rooms, discussion boards, online newsletters and industry organizations
- Includes working with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Engineering and other stakeholders to define required information and format
Education and Experience
- BA in Marketing or related field, or 2 years of proven digital and content marketing experience
- Project management
- Ability to learn complex marketing methodology
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Works well in a team
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications, website CMS, Google Business tools, social media platforms, email marketing platforms and the ability to pick-up new technology as needed
- Certified in Google Business tools required, or certification in the first six months after hiring
- Ability to travel when required to dealer and end user sites
