Summary

An Assistant Manager within our operation, you will handle a range of responsibilities, including assisting the store manager with daily operations, sales, and customer service. You will also be involved in inventory management, staff training, and ensuring the store adheres to our company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the proper selection of color, primer, paint and associated products to complete the project.
• Mix Paint and fulfill orders as required to meet customer needs and specifications.
• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff.
• Support team development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering to maintain stock availability.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and enhance profitability.
• Maintain store appearance and organization to provide a welcoming environment for customers.
• Foster a collaborative team atmosphere that encourages employee engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or store management is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and store operations efficiently.
• Experience in sales management is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
